Functional Coatings
We have developed a range of different coating products for industrial applications.
Here we have also placed great worth on environmental impact, harmlessness, effectiveness and variety of application. Most systems are thus:
- water-based manufacture
- 1 component system
- harden at room temperature
- without harmful contents
Easy to Clean (ETC)
The ETC Coating can greatly reduce the time and effort of cleaning many materials. Mostly a squirt of water will be enough to clean the surface and leave it streak-free. The deciding factor is the right use of functionally effective material. Suitable surfaces are:
- Glass
- Polished metal and plastic surfaces
- Artificial glass, such as PC and PMMA
- Stainless steel surfaces (brushed, blasted)
- Aluminium
- Copper
Anti fingerprint (AF)
Fingerprints can cause many metallic surfaces, and also glass, to very quickly appear old, used and unhygienic. A permanent anti fingerprint coating keeps the brilliant and glossy character for longer, as the fingerprints are hardly or not at all visible. A clever selection of lipophilic and lipophobic adjustments to the coating materials can achieve this effect. Suitable surfaces for this are:
- Glass
- Stainless steel surfaces (polished, brushed, blasted)
- Composite metal
