Nothing in the world is as powerful
as an idea, whose time has come.

Almost daily we work on putting our ideas into practice, testing new formulas or transferring innovative technologies to current remits. In doing so we have been on the cutting edge of technology for products which are today taken for granted. Examples of our trend-setting product development:
- Licensed inks for labelling egg shells in accordance with the Food, Articles of Daily Need and German Food and Feed Code
- Industrial inks from 100% renewable raw materials for Continuous Ink jet (CIJ) Systems
- Inks for non-absorbent surfaces for use in hp® compatible systems
- Continuous Ink jet (CIJ) inks for direct food contact on non-absorbent (non-porous) surfaces
- "Graffiti-to-go" a film-building system for removing graffiti, patent-pending
- Foaming "nano coatings" without using gas propellants and pump sprayers
- Micro encapsulated ink systems with strongly improved or modified stability and solubility properties
What is more convincing than the result of a successful project development or outstanding cooperation? Below we have provided a list of examples of further product developments and applications. Customer names are treated confidentially, it's only the result that counts.
- Micro encapsulation of dyes, solvents and additives
- Development of ink formulation for use in security marking (dye/pigment) allowing for the required level of security
- Development of an anti-bacterial equipment for technical textiles
- Development of an "Easy to Clean" coating for Olympic boats (quadruple skulls) which effects a significant increase in speed
- Development of the protective coating against graffiti, tutoProm®, within the framework of a research agreement with a chemicals company
- Development of diverse painting systems with afterglow effect pigments
- Diverse sol gel formulations for finishing surfaces
- Development of an effective, but mild wheel-rim cleaner for high quality chrome rims
- Contact guard for technical textiles
- UV bonding printing inks for printing on laminated safety glass in digital printing
- Food inks for direct printing on meat, fruit and vegetables
- Fluorescent inks for letter franking (Post)
- Inks for labelling polyolefins without pre-treatment
- Inks with indicator effects (colour change, for example through temperature reaction in the pasteurisation process)
- Inks for marking damp natural stone and concrete surfaces
- Wash resistant textile inks
- Colour pastes from renewable raw materials
- Application and product development of special polymers
- Marking the aluminium band edge during the manufacturing process
- Increase in the sealing properties of membrane tissue
In the last few years many and sometimes totally different products and product groups have come into being. There, however, comes a time to redefine the key aspects of development and manufacturing in order to use the resources on hand in the best way possible and to advance synergies.
We decided to greatly increase our R&D activities in the field of innovative inks and printing inks in order to offer smarter marking solutions. Amongst our favourites are products from renewable raw materials. Furthermore we will focus our direction on industrial coating systems and new technologies in pigment processing and new bonding processes.
Because of this we can't maintain the continuous formulation administration of some products. They will be maintained as a product, but won't be developed any further:
- Functional Coatings

sicoProm
rotoProm - Fluidic Products
radoSil
paraSil - Cleaning Products
